What? Running?

What is this? Opposite land?

I have a stress fracture. Usually stress fractures are caused by running. After 2 weeks of running, I can assure you it wasn't the cause. Throughout last summer I never tried not cycling and as it turns out, cycling may have had something to do with the fracture.

No more speculation on what the cause was. What I know is that I missed running A LOT, and that being able to run 4 times a week has been amazing. 33 minutes this morning with Noa's crew (on the chip trail/grass at Beacon).

That's not the only good news. Looks like I may be working as a surf instructor in Tofino for the summer! More details to come!
